What advice would you give to a beginner rider?  Get up, brush off, and try again.  The more you ride the better you get

Worst Wipeout:  I impaled myself on my own handle bars on Allsop Trail because I was screaming down a hill through fallen leaves and I couldn’t see the covered bolder which caught my front wheel.  No broken bones just deep abdominal contusion which took forever to heal.
